TipoZen?

TipoZen is a proprietary system for business process improvement at Tipoplastika, inspired by the Japanese WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology. It represents a philosophy of continuous improvement focused on quality, efficiency, sustainability, and product safety as well as the development of knowledge and accountability of every team member.
